Why this matters

A brand is the shortcut a buyer uses when they have three options and ten minutes.

Most brands we meet are not short on effort. They are short on agreement. Sales says one thing, the website says another, the packaging says a third, and the customer is left to work it out. That gap is expensive. It shows up as longer sales cycles, discounting, and media that has to work harder than it should.

Our branding practice fixes the agreement first. We settle what the business actually stands for, who it is for, and why it wins. Then we build the identity, the language and the assets that carry it. The output is not a logo file. It is a system your team can use without calling us every time.

What you walk away with

  • A positioning statement the leadership team agrees on, in plain language
  • A messaging framework split by audience and by sector
  • A full identity system: logo, type, colour, grid, iconography, imagery direction
  • Brand guidelines your team, printers and other agencies can work from
  • Templates and master files, handed over with edit access
  • Rollout support across packaging, collateral, website, office and social
The services

Everything under branding, in one place.

Each one runs as a standalone engagement or as part of a larger brand build. Click through for scope, process and pricing on that service.

How it runs

Five stages, no mystery.

Timelines below are typical for a full brand build. A single service compresses to the stages it needs.

01

Immersion & audit

Leadership interviews, category and competitor read, customer conversations, and an honest look at what you already own.

Week 1 - 2
02

Strategy & positioning

Positioning, brand architecture and the messaging framework, presented and argued out with your team.

Week 3 - 4
03

Identity & system

Routes explored, one chosen, then extended into type, colour, grid, iconography and imagery.

Week 5 - 8
04

Rollout

The system applied to packaging, collateral, website, space and social, in the order that matters to you.

Week 9 - 12
05

Guidelines & handover

Guidelines, master files, templates and a working session so your team can run it without us.

Week 12+
Where to start

Not sure which service you need?

Pick the line that sounds most like your situation. We will tell you on the call if you need less than you think.

Starting from zero

New brand, nothing built yet

You have a business and a category, and everything else is open. Start with strategy so the identity has something to express.

Grown out of it

The no longer fits the business

You have equity and customers, but the look and the language belong to an earlier version of the company.

Nobody knows

Good brand, no visibility

The brand is sound. The market has just never heard the story properly, or heard it from anyone credible.

Proof

Brands we have built and rebuilt.

From naming and identity through to packaging, launch and the campaigns that followed.

Questions

The things clients ask first.

Can we engage you for just one service?

Yes. Every service on this page runs as a standalone engagement with its own scope and fee. Most clients start with one and add the next once they see how we work. The only sequence we insist on is that identity work follows a positioning decision, even a quick one, because otherwise there is nothing for the design to express.

How long does a full brand build take?

Twelve to sixteen weeks for a single brand, from kick off to guidelines and handover. Multi brand architectures, regulated categories and businesses with several decision makers run longer. We give you a dated plan at proposal stage and flag anything that depends on your side.

Who owns the work?

You do, on full payment. That includes source files, fonts licensed in your name where applicable, and editable templates. We hand over working files, not just exports.

Do you work with our existing agency or in house team?

Often, yes. We have built identity systems that other agencies then run campaigns on, and we have picked up brands mid flight from an internal team. We will agree the split in writing before we start so nobody is guessing about ownership.

Do you do the digital execution too?

Yes. Performance, SEO, social, websites and content sit in our growth practice, and the two teams share an account lead. If you want the brand and the media on one contract, that is the usual setup. See digital & performance solutions.

What does a branding engagement cost?

It depends on the number of brands, the number of touchpoints and how much rollout you want us to run. A single service is scoped and priced on its own page. For a full build, tell us the shape of the business on a call and we will give you a range the same week rather than a number pulled out of the air.

Tell us what you are building.

Thirty focused minutes. We will give you a view on scope and a realistic budget range before you commit to anything.

Prefer to just talk? We're one tap away.
