01The Client

India’s largest luxury watch chain, offline. Almost invisible online.

Ethos Watch Boutiques is India's largest chain of luxury watch boutiques, established in 2003 under the KDDL Limited umbrella by Chandigarh-based entrepreneur Yashovardhan Saboo.

By 2015 the brand operated a nationwide retail footprint - 30+ boutiques across 14 cities - and was the authorised partner for the world's most coveted watchmakers, from Rolex and Omega to TAG Heuer, Hublot, Breitling, Longines, Rado and Tissot. Its digital presence did not match that authority.

Objectives

01

Unify the luxury brand voice across every digital channel with a consistent, aspirational tone.

02

Build a performance funnel to grow direct e-commerce revenue and measurable boutique leads.

03

Win organic search for the long-consideration luxury watch buyer in India.

04

Create an authentic influencer ecosystem tuned to genuine HNI and aspirational audiences.

05

Balance omnichannel demand - driving boutique footfall alongside online conversions.

02The Challenge

A luxury brand with a fragmented digital identity.

The retail authority was unquestioned. Online, the brand posted inconsistently, converted poorly and had no structured way to reach a buyer who researches for months.

In luxury, every creative is a brand expression as much as a commercial asset. Nothing could be sacrificed for reach.

A

Fragmented digital identity

Social channels lacked a consistent luxury tone of voice and organic posting was inconsistent.

B

Underperforming online revenue

An e-commerce site existed, but D2C digital revenue was minimal with no structured performance funnel.

C

Niche, high-consideration audience

HNI and gifting-led buyers researching for months - not reachable through broad, unlayered campaigns.

D

No structured influencer programme

Partnerships were transactional and short-term; luxury demanded something aspirational and authentic.

03Our Approach

Four pillars, fully integrated.

A four-pillar growth engine - independently scoped but fully integrated, so messaging, audiences and data flowed across every channel.

1

Social media marketing · 658% Instagram growth

  • A unified, aspirational-yet-accessible content philosophy across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Editorial calendars built around brand launches and festive gifting, with proactive community management positioning Ethos as a knowledgeable luxury partner.
2

Performance marketing · 5.1x ROAS, -63% CPL

  • Full-funnel Google and Meta architecture - branded and non-branded search, Shopping, and HNI display.
  • Layered with custom and lookalike audiences, DPA retargeting, and hyper-local boutique lead generation feeding enquiries straight to in-store teams.
3

SEO & website management · +300% organic, 2,100+ keywords

  • A technical SEO overhaul followed by a tiered keyword and content programme - buying guides, brand spotlights and gift guides targeting the long consideration cycle.
  • Supported by high-authority editorial backlinks and ongoing site optimisation.
4

Influencer marketing · 28 partners, 2.8 Cr+ impressions

  • A curated, tiered roster across men's fashion, lifestyle, business and travel.
  • Structured as multi-touchpoint narratives rather than one-off posts, with best-performing content repurposed as paid dark posts for extended, efficient reach.
